Objectives
•To define the consumer values of the Petplan brand
•To brief and research a powerful, consumer-driven, brand identity
•To communicate the new values and identity to all staff and get them to understand and ‘live’ them
Our Solution
•A 12 month brand and consumer insight project involving Consumer Workshops with current Petplan customers, brand redefinition, design briefs, identity research and, finally, a series of ‘Living the Brand’ workshops to communicate and get ‘buy-in’ from all staff
Outputs
•Clearly defined brand values - unique to Petplan in pet insurance
•A new identity featuring Pat, the vet dog and Pickles, his patient cat, overwhelmingly preferred by current and potential customers, which conveys the warmth, expertise & integrity of Petplan
•Over 200 staff enthused, committed and re-engaged in their brand |
