Introduction and Action Clinics

•There are 3 disciplines within Catalyst's business in each of which we demonstrate our passion for Inspiring Action!:
• Brand Consultancy (marketing strategy, brand positioning and NPD)
• Insight (both qualitative and quantitative research)
• Developing People (a series of 12 one-day marketing training courses) •All our projects across the 3 disciplines will feature one or more Action Clinic which are the most tangible manifestation of Inspiring Action! •We don't believe in just delivering a brand positioning presentation or a research debrief or feeling that our job is done at the end of a training day. All our presentations are part of an Action Clinic (either a half or full day) which ensures that an action plan, with clear milestones and responsibilities, is agreed so that the project moves forward
